30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@lamarzo.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof of return.
LAMARZO is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@lamarzo.com with photos and details.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
